Note: If you are a small program with less than 6 people to train, you can share training and costs for the on-line format of training.

Or a license agreement in which you print from a hard copy master–enables you to mix RE materials with other materials of your program, $1 for each participant in your program.
While there are some additional materials available, these are the only materials required to teach the program.
